•None of the platforms reviewed publish a fixed per-lead price or commission percentage on their public pages - Compare My Move (Konnect You), reallymoving and AnyVan all require a business to apply or enquire before pricing is confirmed.
•Stashbee is the only platform reviewed that publishes an exact fee structure (5% host fee; 20% or 25% renter fee, incl. VAT), because it is a peer-to-peer marketplace rather than a lead-generation directory.
•Storemates, a former UK peer-to-peer storage marketplace, no longer operates independently - storemates.co.uk now redirects to Stashbee - and it was omitted from this comparison for that reason. A UK skip hire/waste clearance marketplace with published supplier commercial terms could not be confirmed and was also omitted rather than guessed at.
