Modern Slavery Statement

Published: 21 April 2026 · Financial year ending 31 March 2026

Our organisation

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 by Fx Health Ltd, trading as GetBrent. We operate an online directory and marketplace connecting customers with professional equipment hire businesses across the United Kingdom.

Our team is small and operates entirely in the United Kingdom. Our supply chain consists primarily of software-as-a-service providers (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Resend, Anthropic) and cloud infrastructure, all of which are established, regulated businesses in the UK, USA, or EU.

Our commitment

GetBrent has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our business or supply chains.

Risk assessment

Given the nature of our business - a software platform with a small UK-based team and primarily digital supply chains - we assess our exposure to modern slavery risk as low. We do not operate in sectors commonly associated with higher risk such as manufacturing, agriculture, or construction.

We do, however, recognise that vendors listed on our platform operate in a range of industries including logistics, construction, and waste management, which carry higher inherent risk. We require all vendors to confirm they are registered UK businesses operating legally.

Due diligence

  • We verify that vendors are registered UK businesses via Companies House.
  • Our terms of service prohibit vendors from listing services obtained through exploitative labour practices.
  • We review our key technology suppliers' own modern slavery statements where available.

Reporting concerns

We encourage anyone who suspects modern slavery in connection with GetBrent or our vendor network to report it immediately. You can contact us at hello@getbrent.co.uk or report to the Modern Slavery Helpline on 0800 0121 700.

Approval
