Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your featured listing stays active until the end of your current billing period - no pro-rata charges, no awkward conversations.
Is the Gold Member rate really locked in?
Yes. Gold Members who sign up before 30 June 2026 pay £399/yr (billed annually) with the price held for 3 years from initial subscription. After 3 years - or if you cancel and re-subscribe later - the standard rate applies. Gold Member places are limited.
What's the difference between Free and Starter?
Free gets you in the directory - all the basics. Starter gets you seen first. Featured badge, priority placement, photo gallery, and extended listing tools mean significantly more enquiries. Most vendors upgrading from free see enquiry volume increase within days.
Do I need a credit card for the free plan?
No. Sign up free with just your email and company details. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to Starter or above.
How quickly will I start receiving enquiries?
Your listing is live immediately. Most vendors receive their first enquiry within their first week - faster if you get verified and add complete details (photos, full description, opening hours).
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
