Which rental management software should a hire business use?

Once a hire business outgrows a diary and a spreadsheet, this is the decision it faces. The market splits cleanly between vendors who publish a price and let you sign up yourself, and vendors who require a sales conversation before they will tell you anything - which is usually a signal about the size of customer they are built for. We sell none of these and have no partnership with any of them.

Declare an interest: We compete with none of these, sell none of them, and have no partnership or affiliate arrangement with any of them. Every price shown is one the company publishes on its own site; where it says not published, that is because they do not.
