Frequently asked questions - Yuzet
What identification do I need to hire tools?
Yuzet will typically require a valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) and proof of address. A deposit - either cash or on card - is usually held during the hire period.
Are tools delivered or do I collect?
Yuzet offers both collection from their depot and delivery to site for larger items. Smaller tools are generally collect-only. Contact them to confirm availability and any delivery charges.
What happens if a hired tool breaks down during use?
If a tool develops a fault through normal use, Yuzet will replace it as quickly as possible at no extra charge. Report any issues immediately - do not attempt to repair hired equipment yourself.
How far in advance should I book a removal company?
For house moves, aim to book Yuzet at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for moves at the end of the month or in summer. For smaller jobs like man-and-van, 1-2 weeks is usually sufficient.
Do removal companies disassemble furniture?
Many removal companies including Yuzet offer disassembly and reassembly as part of a full-service move. This is typically charged as an add-on. Confirm with Yuzet when requesting a quote.
